Patrons must register with a librarian for either a patron or visitor borrower’s card. You may also apply online for a library card and pick up your physical card at the library afterward. Please note that you will need some form of ID and proof of address to present at the circulation desk to receive a library card. For instance, the librarian may ask to see your driver’s license, a bill with your current address, or another photo ID before a card can be issued.
Cards are issued for immediate use and may be used to check out materials at the library the same day they are issued. You will also need a library card to utilize the digital materials through the Libby app or Wisconsin’s Digital Library (https://wplc.overdrive.com/wplc-winnefoxsystem/content)
Patrons that are 18 and under will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign their registration form.
